使用说明：

1、提前7天把铺贴基面用水泥砂浆找平，砂浆干固7天后进行瓷砖铺贴；

2、准备相关工具，清理基面污渍和疏松颗粒，然后用基面加固剂在铺贴基面滚涂1至2

遍，待干固后进行下一道工序施工；

3、把搅拌好的瓷砖胶或水泥砂浆均匀抹上墙，用锯齿刮板进行拉槽，注意保持锯齿刮

板角度的一致性，确保拉槽高度一致；

4、清理大板背面的脱模剂、油污、粉尘等杂物；

5、打开包装桶，用电搅拌器或灰刀搅拌2至3分钟，有少许颗粒，不影响使用，开放时

间为8小时；

6、使用专用刮板将搅拌好的背胶均匀刮涂到瓷砖背面，如有未搅拌开的颗粒，需压散

刮开；

7、刮涂好背胶的瓷砖面与水泥砂浆应在15分钟内粘合，严禁等干铺贴；

8、清除大板瓷砖四周溢浆和表面污渍，建议留缝铺贴，用找平器调平瓷砖。

5. Open the packaging barrel and stir with an electric mixer or a gray knife for 2 to 3 minutes. There are a few particles, which will not affect the use.

6. Use a special scraper to evenly apply the stirred back glue to the back of the tile. If there are unstirred particles, they need to be scattered.

7. The tile surface and the cement mortar should be bonded within 15 minutes, and it is strictly forbidden to wait for dry paving;

注意事项：

1、使用过程中，严禁加水或其它物质；

2、背胶批刮厚度保持2mm较宜，尽量批刮均匀，瓷砖背面留1-2cm不批刮背胶，以免铺

贴时溢出沾污瓷砖；

3、背胶刮涂后尽快与水泥砂浆粘合，以保证其化学粘结效果；

4、避免粘结砂浆与背胶层或基面粘结面积不够导致空鼓、脱落；

5、不得在沥青基类防水基面、丙纶防水层、腻子等强度差的界面，刮涂背胶后铺贴瓷砖；

6、存放于阴凉干燥处（5-45℃）未开封可保存18个月；

7、本产品不能在5℃以下施工。

6. Stored in a cool and dry place (5-45 ℃) unopened can be stored for 18 months;

7. This product cannot be constructed below 5°C.

参考用量：

涂刷厚度在2mm左右，使用量为0.25-0.3kg/m2。

保质期：

原装密封产品在干燥阴凉的环境下存放。在正常的储存和运输条件下，产品的保质期为二年。
