使用范围Scope of use：

彩钢瓦厂房、金属屋顶、建筑楼房屋顶、混凝土外墙、粮仓、大型仓储屋顶、室外储罐（油罐、化工储罐、球罐、储物罐体）表面等保温隔热节能工程。

施工工艺Construction Technology：

1、彩钢瓦基材必须稳固、不晃动。去灰尘和油污杂质，生锈基材用打磨机将锈打磨干净，并用高压水枪进行冲洗干净并晾干，或用固锈剂将生锈基材进行锈转化和固锈处理。

2、混凝土基材施工前须将要上漆的表面清理干净，保证干燥、无油脂、无污物、霉、藻类和其它附着物，新的灰沙、批沙、水泥面应待干透〔水泥基材建议喷一谊底漆)。
3、打开料筒，用搅拌工具将热反射隔热涂料搅拌均匀，用喷涂机或滚筒将热反射隔热涂料均匀的喷涂在处理好的基材上，交叉2遍喷涂，第一遍完全干固后再喷涂第二遍，确保涂料的厚度,不能偷工减料(如太稠不好施工，建议加水比例为涂料重量的10%-15%) .

参考用量Reference dosage：

本产品每公斤可施涂约2.5-3 m(2遍)。该用量为理论用量，施工方法、习惯和基材等不同因素均会对用量产生影响。

1、涂膜没有完全固化严禁淋雨。
