产品概述Product Overview：
自粘防水卷材是一种以SBS等合成橡胶、增粘剂及优质道路石油沥青等配制成的自粘橡胶沥青为基料，强韧的高密度聚乙烯膜或铝箔作为上表面材料，可剥离的涂硅隔离膜或涂硅隔离纸为下表面防粘隔离材料制成的防水材料。它是一种极具发展前景的新型防水材料，具有低温柔性、自愈性、及粘结性能好的特点，可常温施工、施工速度快、符合环保要求。

适用范围Scope of application：

3，特别适用于不宜动用明火的石油库、化工厂、纺织厂、粮库等防水工程。

施工工艺Construction Technology：
1、基层处理：清除基层表面的杂物，将突出基层表面的尖锐硬物、砂浆疙瘩等铲除。 2、抹聚合物水泥砂浆：
2.1 配制聚合物水泥砂浆：水泥：中砂：聚合物：水=1:2:0.2:0.3，配制时，先将水泥、中砂干拌均匀摊开，并在中间形成凹坑，然后加入用水预配好的聚合物乳液或外加剂再次拌合，最后加入适量的水搅拌均匀即可。配制时防水砂浆的用水量应扣除聚合物乳液或外加剂及砂中的水量，将聚合物水泥砂浆充分搅拌,直至呈粘稠状。聚合物水泥砂浆拌合物应在1h内用完。在施工过程中如有离析现象，应进行二次拌和，必要时应加适量聚合物乳液，严禁任意加水。
2.2 抹聚合物水泥砂浆，其厚度一般为5mm～20mm（视基层平整情况而定），铺抹时应注意压实、抹平。在阴角处，应抹成半径为50mm以上的圆角。铺抹聚合物水泥砂浆的宽度比卷材的长、短边宜各宽出100mm～300mm，并在铺抹过程中确保一定的平整度。
3、细部附加层粘贴：在大面积铺贴卷材前应先对三面角、水落口、地下穿墙管等易发生渗漏的薄弱环节加铺一道卷材或涂膜，并在之前或之后用密封材料处理，形成多道设防的构造，附加防水层依据工程情况可先做亦可后做。
4、大面积铺贴自粘防水层：
4.1平面：揭掉自粘防水卷材下表面的隔离膜将防水卷材平铺在聚合物水泥砂浆上。采用搭接方式时，将下层卷材上表面搭接部位隔离膜及上层卷材下表面隔离膜揭除，然后搭接密实，搭接宽度不小于60mm。采用对接方式时，对上下表面使用封口材料（自粘卷材或涂膜）进行密封。
4.2立面：在基层上弹出卷材铺贴控制线，铺抹配制好的聚合物水泥砂浆（配制量必须在1h内用完）。从卷材的一端将隔离膜揭起，拉住揭下的隔离膜匀力向下拉，同时将揭掉隔离膜的部分粘贴在铺抹好的聚合物水泥砂浆上。边抹灰、边铺设卷材边用抹子轻轻抹压、拍打卷材表面，排气、提浆，使卷材与水泥砂浆紧密粘合。铺设卷材时，随时注意与基准线对齐，速度不宜过快。
立面卷材与基层、卷材与卷材均采用满粘法施工。
4.3卷材搭接和密封：相邻卷材搭接缝及卷材收头处应精心处理，可采用配套密封材料密闭或用自粘封口条进行盖缝，随后再用配套密封材料密闭。
4.4立面卷材收头：立面卷材收头，应先在卷材收口处临时密封（可用封口材料或加厚水泥浆密封），以防止立面收头处水分过快散失。亦可用配套密封材料密闭，或用自粘封口条进行盖缝，随后再用配套密封材料密闭加强处理。
5、防水层验收：
检查所有自粘卷材面有无撕裂、刺穿，维修时应在缺陷部位加补比缺陷部位实际尺寸四周宽100mm的附加层，用压辊压紧压实，边缝用专用密封材料做封边处理。
6、保护层和隔离层施工：
卷材铺贴完成并验收合格后，应将施工废料、垃圾等搬运到指定的垃圾场所，保持现场清洁，并将防水层表面清扫干净，对防水层采取保护措施并根据设计要求进行防水保护层施工。

4. Large area of self-adhesive waterproof layer:

When adopting the butt joint method, the upper and lower surfaces are sealed with the sealing material (self-adhesive coil or coating film) . 4.2 façade: on the base of the pop-up coil placement control line, spread the prepared polymer cement mortar (the amount of preparation must be used within 1 hour) . Remove the membrane from one end of the coil, pull down the membrane evenly, and stick the part of the membrane to the polymer cement mortar. Side plastering, side laying coiled material side with a trowel gently smudging pressure, patting the surface of coiled material, exhaust, lift slurry, so that coiled material and cement mortar closely bound. 5, waterproof layer acceptance: check all self-adhesive coiled material surface is torn, punctured, repair should be in the defect area than the actual size of the defect area around the 100 mm width of the additional layer, with pressure roller compaction, edge seams are sealed with special sealing materials. 6. Construction of protective layer and isolation layer: after the completion and acceptance of the rolled material, the construction waste and garbage should be transported to the designated garbage site, keep the site clean, and clean the surface of the waterproof layer, take protective measures to waterproof layer and carry out waterproof protective layer construction according to design requirements.
注意事项Points to note：
必须按相关规范设置保护层，表面采用矿物粒（片）料覆面的卷材时，可不另设保护层。水泥砂浆、块体材料或细石混凝土做保护层时，保护层与防水层之间应设置隔离层。
1、不同规格的产品分别堆放、不应混杂。
2、卷材平放时码放高夫不超过5层，立放时单层堆放。
3、运输时防止倾斜和测压，储存期为一年。
4、铺贴卷材严禁在雨天、雪天以及以上大风中施工。
5、施工温度低于5度时应采用热风焊枪加热后粘接。
6、施工前对人员进行安全宣讲，确保施工现场安全防护设施齐全、消防设施按规定放置。
